IL-ITE had an awesome turn out (for both days!) at the Traffic Signal Controller 101 Training on September 7th and 8th. The event had more than 30 attendees, and featured representatives from Mobotrex and Traffic Control Corp. It was an all around training, touching on everything from front page controller programming all the way to wiring diagrams, load switches, and other cabinet hardware. Huge thanks to Kristel Shu Bassett for all of her work in organizing it and to Christopher Burke Engineering for hosting! On Thursday August 25th IL-ITE Teamed up with the WTS Greater Chicago Chapter and ITS Midwest for the Annual Golf Outing. Just like last year, the Golf Outing took a different angle and was hosted at Top Golf in Schaumberg. This allows for greater attendance due to the shorter time requirement, more networking opportunities, and less sun burn/lost golf balls! The event had a great turnout, with over 100 people showing up, and IL-ITE even sold out all the available tickets.
