In 2005, Rachel founded RC Associates, a boutique retained recruiting firm serving small to mid-sized engineering consulting firms across the U.S. The firm has become a trusted partner in the A/E industry, specializing in executive and professional-level placements.
Rachel is deeply involved in the engineering community. She has chaired the Tampa Bay Engineers Week Banquet Committee and contributed to multiple industry organization committees. She also helped launch the Tampa Bay Engineers Week Outreach Program, reflecting her passion for mentoring the next generation of engineers.
Her work has earned her numerous honors, including Florida Section ITE Young Transportation Professional of the Year, Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Young Business Woman of the Year, and Tampa Bay CEO Magazine’s Young CEO of the Year. She has also been featured on PBS WEDU’s Small Business Academy.
