The Chicago Chapter of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE) is hosting a March PDH Luncheon on March 27, 2018. The guest speaker for this event will be Alan Phelps, a water/wastewater infrastructure engineer with Baxter & Woodman, Inc.  The topic of this luncheon will be Triumphant Water Supply Project in Kenya and will feature a clean drinking water project undertaken and successfully completed by the Engineers Without Borders Chicagoland Professional Chapter in Western Kenya.
