19th Annual Illinois ITE Student Day + Luncheon
Sponsored by Civiltech
The 19th Annual Illinois ITE Student Day will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Student Day provides an excellent opportunity to connect companies, professionals, and students within the field of transportation engineering and planning. Student Day starts with a career fair from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Immediately following will be a luncheon from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, which will provide professionals and students the opportunity to network in a more informal and personal environment.
An exhibitor table at the career fair is $50, which also includes one luncheon registration. Additional exhibitor attendees and all other professionals attending the luncheon are $25. Please note that professionals do not need to attend the career fair in order to attend the luncheon.
Our 2026 Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze sponsors are entitled to one free exhibitor table! Take advantage of your 2026 Illinois Section ITE sponsorship.
If you are a student seeking an internship or full-time employment, or at the very least, looking to come away with a better glimpse of the transportation community, we encourage you to attend. The ITE Student Day career fair and luncheon are FREE for students; however, space is limited and a seat at the luncheon is not guaranteed, so students must register to attend.
FREE RESUME REVIEW
If you are looking to polish your resume before the event, there is a free resume review being offered. RC Associates, LLC, an engineering recruiting and placement firm, has once again agreed to provide a free resume review for all ITE Student Day attendees. After registering for the event, students should submit resumes to the Student Affairs Director, Michael Williamson, at illinoisite+studentaffairs@gmail.com by Friday, October 16th. Resumes will be returned with comments by Friday, October 23rd.
All other questions regarding the event can be directed to Michael Williamson, ITE Director of Student Affairs, at illinoisite+studentaffairs@gmail.com or 217-343-7512.
We hope to see you there on October 27th!
