| Purpose: |
To provide programs of wide
appeal and interest to Illinois Section members and other
transportation professionals. |
| Responsibilities: |
- To establish a recommended
list of programs for the Board of Directors to review.
- To confirm programs at least
two months in advance.
- To coordinate audiovisual and
travel needs with speaker(s).
- To introduce guest speakers.
- To contact the House
Committee regarding provision of audiovisual
equipment.
- To inform the editor of
"ITEMS" of programs.
- To coordinate room setup, including the need for
any audiovisual equipment.
